No fear of heights

You should know that when you are riding a Hot air balloon flight there is no fear of heights, like the one you can have when looking down from the top of a building.

The reason is that when, for example, you are on the top of a building, you have visual references, the building itself, which becomes smaller and smaller. This perception is sent to the brain as a danger signal.

On the other hand, when you ride a hot air balloon, there are no visual references which your brain can use to measure the distance. The only thing that your brain 'sees' is a beautifull scenary, whithout a height perception and therefore you will never have any fear of heights!
